Most Excellent Grand High Priest Ray Matthew has issued a dispensation to form a new Chapter of Royal Arch Masons, to be known as Hiram Chapter, Under Dispensation. The Chapter will be domiciled at Dallas Lodge #128 in Mena, Arkansas, located at 701 Port Arthur in Mena.
The dispensation will be presented to the Companions of Hiram Chapter UD at a meeting on Friday, January 16th. There will be a meal at 6:00 p.m. at the lodge to be followed by the presentation of the dispensation to the Companions and then a meeting of the new Chapter. MEGHP Matthew said, “I look forward to the growth of York Rite Masonry in the area and in Arkansas.”
