The 68th Annual South Central York Rite Conference will be held this year in League City, Texas, on September 19 – 20, 2025, at the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center, located at 2500 South Shore Boulevard, League City, Texas.

The South-Central website is now open and contains conference registration and meal information.

The hotel rate at South Shore Harbour Resort for this event is $149 per night; the deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, August 25th. Reserve your room here.

The conference schedule and ladies’ program are not yet available.

The meeting dates again are Friday, September 19, and Saturday, September 20. Arkansas needs to be well represented at these conferences. It is Arkansas’ turn to host the conference in 2026.

• The General Grand Chapter Session will be Friday morning; the General Grand Council Session will be in the afternoon. The Grand Encampment Sessions will be on Saturday morning and afternoon. The specific schedule of events will be released soon.

• The hotel registration deadline is August 25th; the conference registration deadline is September 12th, 2025. You may register or reserve a hotel room using the links in this message.

• The online conference registration is processed through Eventbrite, which includes a fee with each purchase. Prices, with fees, are as follows:

  • Friday lunch – $49.87
  • Friday dinner – $65.87
  • Saturday lunch – $49.87
