The Annual Session be held on March 14 and 15, 2025, at the Delta Hotel by Marriott–Little Rock West. This is the same location as last year.
Below you will find registration information for our 2025 Grand Session.
Registration will be open Thursday afternoon at the hotel for those wishing to register early.
Send in your registration form, and come experience the wonderful fellowship found in the York Rite of Freemasonry in Arkansas.
You will notice from the Schedule of Events that formal meetings will be held on Friday and Saturday this year; there are no meetings scheduled on Thursday.

6:30 am – OPEN Breakfast – members, ladies, and guest
7:15 am – Sword & Trowel Meeting following breakfast, members only

8:00 am – Joint Opening and Reception of Distinguished Guests
9:00 am – Joint Memorial Service
9:30 am – Opening of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Arkansas
12:00 noon – OPEN Lunch – members, ladies, and guests
1:00 pm – York Rite College Meeting following lunch, members only
1:30 pm – Additional time for Grand Chapter business
2:00 pm – Opening of the Grand Council Royal & Select Masters of Arkansas
5:00 pm – Grand Council closes; room released to hotel for banquet prep
6:30 pm – Grand Banquet and Awards
6:30 am – OPEN Breakfast – members, ladies, and guests
7:15 am – KYCH Meeting following breakfast, members only
7:30 – 8:00 am – Registration Continues
8:00 am – Opening of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Arkansas
10:45 am – Grand Commandery called to Refreshment
11:30 am – Joint installation of the 2025 Grand York Rite Officers
